Language is powerful and not just the words we say out loud. The unspoken words inside of our heads - the ones that make up our unending internal string of private thoughts, emotions and attitudes shape how we think about everything around us. One barrier that gets in the way of our success is being pessimistic and chronic complainers. This dangerous approach of negative thinking overtime becomes the norm and can often lead to an overwhelming sense of frustration, anxiety and mental fatigue.
In scripture we learn that thinking good thoughts on purpose, pondering on all the benefits, blessings and the unconditional kindness we’ve come to received from God, will eventually change the way we see our lives, rejuvenate a healthier mindset and produce  hope and strength to continue life’s journey victoriously.
